Great work by all the crew that have been putting in the hard training hours at Evolve leading up to the Australian national judo championships ! Kirren got gold in the masters division. Ivo, Sara, Hannah, Eoin, Mark and Jake all took gold in seniors. Maeve, Aoife, Perry, Kirren, Stevie and Ryosuke all took bronze in seniors. In the juniors Aoife and Maeve got gold, Noam and Perry got Silver, Kim and kitt got bro...

Unfortunately tonight's MMA class has been cancelled. We apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause. For those still wishing to work up a sweat, jump in tonight Muay Thai class with Coach John Cera. We'll train twice as hard in next weeks MMA clases.

For the Kids Judo people: There will be no Tuesday night classes until July as Ivo, Sara, Hannah and Tom will be representing Australia at Judo comps overseas. However, Sam will come in and look after Monday and Wednesdays classes so the Kids will be well looked after. Note: no classes at all on Monday due to Public Holiday

Saturday BJJ classes is cancelled as coach Dan Cherubin is in Tasmania for the Tasmania BJJ Championships and Seminars. He'll be back next Saturday.
